What You'll Do (Job Role) Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational procedures. To ensure warehousing procedures are in place for smooth transactions To ensure safe and efficient receipt, storage and despatch of warehoused goods. To ensure inventory accuracy within the prescribed limits Establish FIFO controls on the issue and receipt of materials Ensure the continuity of production by providing production kits on time. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. sales volume & margins. Prepare annual budgets. Who You Are: Graduate with any discipline with 15 years of experience in warehouse of EMS industry. Work Location: Bangalore
