This role involves coordination between candidates, clients, and internal teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end hiring process. Key Responsibilities: Assist the recruitment team with daily hiring activities and coordination. Schedule interviews and follow up with clients for interview feedback. Ensure continuous candidate follow-up for up to 90 days post-selection. Follow up with selected candidates for joining confirmation and required documentation. Track and manage candidate onboarding, agreements, and joining formalities. Follow up with clients for pending agreements and billing confirmation. Maintain internal trackers and ensure data accuracy across all recruitment activities. Coordinate with internal accounts and external clients for invoice processing and payment follow-ups. Manage background verification (BGV) and salary negotiation with selected candidates.
