Define key functional requirements for embedded software and hardware teams from stakeholders across the organization

• Lead process changes and utilize ALM tools that meet the teams needs through agile, Kanban, and waterfall methodologies
• Develop hardware and software strategies to support vehicle architecture while meeting industry standards and regulations
• Support functional teams across the organization to reduce software complexity while maintaining a testable solution
• Drive system architecture decisions across products while collaborating with mechanical, hydraulics, power train, electrical, and software design specifications
• Use innovative approaches to solve problems, engage teams, and devise courses of action for the development of new techniques or processes
• Inspire, engage, empower employees to create a culture of creativity, innovation and timely development of world class products
