Compensation: 3-4 LPA Job Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable professional to manage daily email processing and data entry tasks. The role involves reading and understanding all incoming emails, extracting and validating relevant information, and accurately entering approximately 100200 rows of data daily . The selected candidate will also be responsible for checking data validity, flagging incorrect information, and highlighting daily feedbacks (100200 feedback entries) to ensure management is well-informed. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret all incoming emails accurately. Extract required data and enter it into spreadsheets, databases, or relevant systems (approx. 100200 rows/day). Validate the extracted data for accuracy and completeness; flag any incorrect or suspicious data immediately. Identify, categorize, and summarize daily feedbacks (approx. 100200 feedbacks). Escalate urgent or unclear information to management promptly. Maintain records of daily data entries and validations for reporting purposes. Ensure high attention to detail and strict adherence to timelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: Prior experience in data entry or email processing roles preferred. Excellent English reading comprehension and ability to understand business emails. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and speed. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic email handling tools. Good analytical skills to validate data and identify inconsistencies. Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of work. Willingness to work in a night shift (6:30 PM 3:30 AM) . High integrity and ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
