Job Roles & Responsibilities Fresher - 3+ Years of experience in Elevators Industry Assemble, install, repair, and maintain elevators Review blueprints or specifications to determine work equipment's Test newly installed equipment to ensure that it meets specifications Maintaining and Repairing Mechanical Equipment Expert in electric wiring and should possess good knowledge on electronics Maintain logbooks that detail all repairs & check performed Check that safety regulations and building codes are met Good verbal and written communications skills is a must (English / Hindi + other language) Self-motivated, disciplined, polite and should maintain cleanliness at job Ability to take additional responsibility Should be a quick learner and a team player.

Position: - Senior Engineer/ Assistant Manager, Service Job Location: -Noida JOB DESCRIPTION Accountable for ensuring breakdown free elevators for better Kone / Olympus Image. Analyse breakdown data of route and if need be use help of TSE & V2 Manager to arrive at implementation plan for the route to reduce callouts (Annual, Quarterly & Monthly). Implement callout reduction actions as planned. Communicate to the customer through letters regarding impediments faced in ensuring breakdown free elevators (dust, ventilation, misuse, power fluctuations etc.) Accountable for maintaining standard of performance of elevator as per company policy and guidelines Read and understand contractual requirements and ensure that they are always met. Make audits and ensure that the audit feedback is used to improve / ensure elevator performance standard as per guidelines through preventive maintenance teams or if need be through special improvement teams. Make cold calls on all customers (minimum once a year) and maintain systematic record of feedback and requirements. Use the feedback for improvements. Accountable for maintaining the productivity & quality norms. Prepare a Preventive maintenance plan for the route on a monthly / weekly / daily basis and ensure this is implemented in co-ordination with STS operator and Business Manager. The plan will include work content and schedule. Understand Productivity settlement norms and the technician under you and the requirements of service & breakdown productivity required as per company policy and ensure proper adherence to these norms. Accountable for development of the people working under him. Identify the training needs of the service technicians and communicate to Manager / TSE Ensure safety of the personnel at site and ensure adherence to company's Safety Norms. Conduct Tool Box Meetings Provide on the job training to technicians in consultation with TSE / Manager and systematically improve their competence Mentor / Coach technicians with respect to customer care, company goals, their work and competence towards creating a high morale and motivation.

Installation supervisors role is to manage and control projects from sales/installation hand-over to completion at handover to client and Maintenance. Supervisor is in charge of leading and managing the installation team to ensure safe, high quality, complete-on-time delivery of KONE solutions within budget. He/she acts as the KONE interface to customer and other stakeholders throughout the Fulfil process. In addition to this supervisor is expected to support the sales team in pre-tender and tender activities as requested. Job Description: Site supervision process: • Accountable for the delivery of the installation project • Accountable for Site Safety • Responsible for securing efficient management of environmental aspects of the installation (waste handling, hazardous material, minization of travel) • Accountable for the financial result of the project (cannot be responsible for costs associated with changes in factory prices or exchange rate variables) • Participates to the sales/installation hand-over and validates the term of the order received from the customer together with the salesperson • Prepares the overall installation program and resource planning • Responsible for planning and organizing the delivery and storage of materials and tools to the site and placing the orders to subcontractors and Non KONE factory material suppliers • Responsible for site preparations and follow-up of site readiness • Accountable for use of correct KONE installation methods throughout the installation • Ensures cost control as per action plans during budget, and pre-calculated CM2% towards achieving the R80 targets • Responsible for administrative activities of the project including daily human resource management (absences, time sheet review/approvals) and reports project progress (schedule, installation hours, fitter time sheets, budget and risks) to his superiors • Responsible for maintaining project documentation • Updates information to company management systems (eg S-plan milestone updates) • Collaborates with Accounts payable / Controlling to ensure site activities are planned and executed in accordance with contractual payment terms and actual payments received. • Accountable for final testing of the equipment and handover to maintenance Customer and Sub-contractor Relationship management: • Accountable for customer satisfaction and quality of installation • Accountable for Sub-contractor quality and Safety performance • Single point of contact towards the customer during installation regarding site management, responsible for internal and external communication during the project • Aims at achieving allocated sales targets and add-on sales and variations during installations • Develops and maintains a cordial and professional relationship with the sub-contractors People management / Leadership: • Accountable for people (site operatives) development and wellbeing, and managing the performance of the team and individuals. • Determines objectives, plans as well as organizes, communicates, controls, and motivates the installation team • Identifies field operative training needs and manages training plans Interested candidates please share your CV to porkodi.ramakrishnan@kone.com
