Job Profile: Role & responsibilities: Responsible for performing the following: Customized order punching in CRM. Communicating the technical specs of the order with Sales team, Technical Engineering and Production team. co-ordination with Global HQ. Communicate with sales team and customers on products, order and shipment enquiry. Maintain the integrity with Marketing Dept. Prepare regular sales reports, Contracts Management. Preferred candidate profile: B2B industry experience. Customer Service Experience. Reporting and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal command of English / Hindi. Computer literacy in MS Office. Working knowledge of CRM and ERP will be an asset. Candidate with Lift Modernisation experience will be preferred. Must have minimum 2 yrs of experience in Lift /Elevator Industry. A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A strong sense of responsibility & ownership is required.
