Key Responsibilities: Design and develop high-precision encoder/feedback systems (optical, magnetic, capacitive) for motion control applications.Develop and optimize high-frequency signal conditioning circuits for encoder outputs.Simulate, design, and validate analog and digital circuits to ensure noise immunity and performance stability.Collaborate with mechanical and firmware teams for system-level integration of encoder solutions.Select and source suitable electronic components, balancing performance, cost, and availability.Perform prototype assembly, validation, and debugging of encoder systems.Conduct signal integrity analysis and ensure designs meet EMC and regulatory compliance.Create and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, PCB layouts, BOMs, and test reports.Lead technical reviews and provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians.Support production by resolving issues during prototyping and volume ramp-up.Stay abreast of the latest advancements in encoder and sensor technologies to propose innovative improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Preferably Master s degree in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.0 to 5 years of hands-on experience.Proficiency in electronic circuit design and simulation tools (e.g., Altium Designer, OrCAD, LTspice/SPICE).Strong knowledge of signal processing, filter design, and signal conditioning for encoder outputs.Experience working with microcontrollers, DSPs, or FPGAs for embedded encoder integration.Familiarity with industrial communication protocols like RS-422, SPI, CANbus, PROFIBUS (PB), PROFINET (PN), etc.Understanding of materials and techniques used in high-precision encoder assemblies.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Prior experience in leading a team is mandatory.Strong communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
