Electrician

Installation: Installing electrical wiring, outlets, light fixtures, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.  Maintenance and Repair: Diagnosing and fixing electrical problems, such as faulty wiring, malfunctioning switches, and tripped breakers.  Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner.  Safety Compliance: Ensuring all electrical work adheres to safety standards and regulations.  Reading Blueprints: Interpreting technical drawings and schematics to understand the layout of electrical systems.  Plumbing Responsibilities: Installation: Installing pipes, fixtures (sinks, toilets, etc.), water heaters, and drainage systems.  Maintenance and Repair: Fixing leaks, unclogging drains, repairing or replacing damaged pipes and fixtures.  Troubleshooting: Diagnosing plumbing problems, such as low water pressure, leaks, and faulty valves.  Safety Compliance: Ensuring all plumbing work complies with local building codes and regulations.  Reading Blueprints: Understanding plumbing system layouts to effectively install and repair components.  General Responsibilities: Customer Service: Addressing client inquiries and concerns related to electrical and plumbing issues. Collaboration: Working with other tradespeople and team members on larger projects. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used. Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving complex electrical and plumbing problems. Time Management: Managing workload and completing tasks efficiently.
