1) Various operations, preventive maintenance, inspection, minor repairs, servicing and preventive maintenance of the electrical equipment like lighting, LT distribution network, associated panels, pumps, motors, DG sets etc. and the various equipment. 2)Rectification of all Electrical related complaints, failure, break down. 3)Preventive maintenance as per schedule of electrical panels, distribution boards 4)Monitoring and logging electrical and DG parameters of all required areas. 5)Accompany the AMC vendors and ensure that the vendors carry our maintenance a per their specified check list.
