Lead Electrical Safety Audits (CEA, IS standards), including IR Thermography Level II, earthing system design, relay coordination
Conduct Lightning Protection System studies (IEC 62305 / IS 2309) and earthing adequacy assessments
Perform Arc Flash Hazard Analysis (IEEE 1584) and develop PPE recommendations
Develop and implement Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) and permit-to-work procedures
Conduct energy efficiency audits and IoT-enabled predictive maintenance of electrical assets
Prepare detailed technical reports and client presentations
Mentor junior electrical engineers and deliver client training
Liaise with regulators for electrical safety compliance
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Certified Electrical Safety Auditor (CEA) / NFPA 70E Practitioner
IR Thermography Level II/III certified
8+ years in electrical safety in heavy industry or utilities
Proven experience with arc-flash studies and lightning protection projects
