Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Maintenance Engineer to oversee, maintain, and improve all electrical systems and equipment within our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance, responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, and ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards. Key Responsibilities:Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machines, and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in machinery, control panels, motors, and wiring systems. Inspect and test electrical systems using tools such as voltmeters, oscilloscopes, and ohmmeters. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes and safety regulations. Support installation of new electrical systems and equipment. Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities. Collaborate with mechanical, instrumentation, and automation teams. Provide technical support during shutdowns, startups, or new project commissioning.
