EIR Internship

The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) Internship at NNIIT, located in Begumpet, Hyderabad, is an exclusive opportunity for passionate IIT and IIM graduates to contribute to EdTech innovation. As an EIR intern, you will collaborate with the founders and leadership team to drive innovation in educational technology, disrupt traditional learning methods, and develop cutting-edge digital products. This internship serves as a launchpad for visionary individuals looking to pursue leadership roles in the dynamic EdTech sector. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities in the EdTech industry. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and launch innovative learning solutions. Additionally, you will lead strategic initiatives and mini-projects under the direct mentorship of senior leadership, analyzing customer insights, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to drive informed product and business decisions. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the execution process from ideation to product launch and scaling. Ideal candidates for this internship are graduates from IITs or IIMs, preferably from the Class of 2023/2024, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a passion for EdTech, entrepreneurship, and technology-driven education innovation. Excellent communication skills, an ownership mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment are essential qualities for success in this role. The internship duration is 3 to 6 months, full-time and on-site in Hyderabad, with a stipend ranging from 25,000 to 30,000 per month. Successful performance during the internship may lead to a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) of 20 to 24 LPA.
