To ensure compliance of statutory requirements as per applicable laws. To liaison with various Government Authorities and Local Authorities. viz MPCB, DISH, National Safety Council, Various Competent Authorities. To provide and maintain various PPEs. To monitor, control and improve facilities of STP. To maintain safety discipline in the factory. To maintain safe working environment. To monitor on daily basis unsafe working conditions for prevention of accident. To issue Work Permits and ensure safe working from external agencies. To do statutory work related to DISH, MPCB. To maintain Fire Fighting Equipments and Fire hydrant System in working conditions all the time and conduct safety drills. To maintain required record related EHS. To maintain cordial industrial relations to create awareness about Safety To conduct the Safety Trainings Keywords: Knowledge of applicable EHS Laws Adequate knowledge of Marathi, Hindi & English language Knowledge of computer applications Knowledge of ISO 14001: 2015 & IATF16949 Interpersonal skills to motivate people in Safety Auditing skills to reveal unsafe conditions and unsafe acts Training Skills Desired profile of the candidate: Safety Professional with experience in Automobile Industries or Manufacturing Industries. Basic / UG Qualification : Degree in any branch of Engineering or Technology and Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from MSBTE OR Degree in Physics or Chemistry or a Diploma in any branch of Engineering or Technology and Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety from MSBTE
