Education Counselor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Education Counselor who can guide students with career options and drive admissions through effective counseling. If you have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments — we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students on available courses, career paths, and admission process.
• Generate leads through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.
• Follow up with leads consistently and convert them into enrollments.
• Understand student needs and suggest suitable programs/courses.
• Maintain database of inquiries, leads, and conversions in CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign strategies and promotional efforts.
• Represent the organization during seminars, education fairs, or school/college visits.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.
• Must be based in Pune – applications from outside Pune will not be considered.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Experience in counseling, telecalling, or inside sales will be a plus.
• Target-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven approach.
