Editor & Cinematographer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Editor & Cinematographer to join our content team. This dual-role professional will be responsible for both capturing high-quality visuals and editing them into compelling visual stories. The ideal candidate should be skilled with cameras, lighting, audio, and post-production software, and have a passion for storytelling through visuals.

Key Responsibilities:Cinematography:

• Plan, set up, and execute video shoots (interviews, promotional videos, events, etc.)
• Operate camera and lighting equipment to achieve desired aesthetics
• Ensure proper framing, composition, and lighting
• Collaborate with directors and creatives on visual style and shot lists
• Handle on-location and studio shoots independently or with a team

Video Editing:

• Edit raw footage into polished video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Add music, dialogue, graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling
• Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms (YouTube, social media, web, etc.)
• Maintain quality, consistency, and brand style across all video content
• Color grading and audio mastering for final output

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cinematography and video editing
• Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, lighting setups, and audio gear
• Expertise in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and color theory
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in film production, media studies, or a related field
• Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus
• Familiarity with YouTube or Instagram video formats and trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,017.51 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
