In your new role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation related to the design automation methodology. This includes creating datasheets, application notes, guides, and manuals to support the effective use of the design automation tools. Working closely with the design automation team, you will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and clarity of the technical information and product specifications provided in the documentation. Your main tasks will involve creating clear and concise content that is easily understandable by both technical and non-technical users. To excel in this role, you should have experience in technical writing, preferably within the EDA/VLSI industry. A strong grasp of technical concepts and the ability to simplify complex ideas for various audiences are essential. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills will be crucial in producing high-quality documentation. Additionally, you should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency in documentation tools such as markdown, confluence, or similar platforms is required. Familiarity with version control systems like Git is also beneficial. Effective communication skills in English are essential for collaborating with diverse teams and ensuring the documentation meets Infineon standards and guidelines.
