Senior Automotive Hardware Design Engineer - RTCU (Hardware Engineering Semiconductor/Chip domain) Job Description: Drive the HW architecture and component selection/decision for the next generation Telematics & Connectivity systems involving NAD, BLE, Wi-Fi, UWB, GPS/GNSS technologies. The main job responsibilities will include but not limited to: Drive the HW architecture and component selection/decision for the next generation Telematics/connectivity systems involving NAD, BLE, Wi-Fi, UWB, GPS/GNSS, PEPS technologies. Expertise in recommending LF/RF design solutions to maximize the ECU Hardware design efficiency/performance in the areas of Remote Telematics Control Unit, Passive Entry Passive start systems (PEPS) and other Automotive connectivity systems. Work proactively with silicon vendor partners to drive design features and technology road map. Provide technical expertise for LF, RF, BLE, Wi-Fi, UWB, NFC, NAD, and connectivity modules. Knowledge about ISO26262 and Cyber security implementations Support HW Engineering group during advanced design phases, system architecture definitions and ECU development / Qualifications. Support discussions between the HW Engineering and the Semiconductor groups for High level Telematics/Connectivity modules. Understand Stellantis Domain team requirements, project milestones, technology relevance. Evaluate or test the next gen modules/semiconductor part offerings from different suppliers and help recommend the best fit part for design. Ability to collaborate and work with global team spread across different regions and time zones. Basic Qualifications B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics, Telecommunication, or equivalent Engineering Minimum 8+ years of experience in automotive embedded electronics designs or hardware/system architectural role. Knowledge of Telematics unit, Automotive vehicle connectivity systems and ECU design, development, and testing. Experience in Automotive ECU design, RF/LF design, power management, high speed interfaces, memories, data networking. Strong teamwork spirit, excellent oral and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive area ( TIER1, TIER2) Experience in Telematics/connectivity modules, GPS, GNSS, Wi-Fi, BLE, NFC, UWB technologies. Basic understanding of Board software/Bring up software. Knowledge of safety standards including ISO 26262, Euro NAP, and Security regulations would be a plus.

Senior Automotive Hardware Design Engineer - Audio (Hardware Engineering Semiconductor/Chip domain) Job Description: Responsible to drive the HW architecture and component selection/decision for the next generation automotive audio system. The main job responsibilities will include but not limited to: Specialized in selecting and recommending next generation semiconductor solution for automotive audio, circuit/PCB designing and developing the electronic components and systems that power car audio systems, ensuring high-quality sound and seamless integration with vehicle technology. This role involves working closely with vehicle Architecture/system Design, safety engineer & Buyer/purchasing ensuring that the chosen components meet the performance, reliability, and cost requirements of the applications. Technical expertise in recommending and proposing the right electronic audio components not limited to Audio amplifiers, Microphone interface/Audio ADC, Audio DSP, Audio power circuitry/PMIC, Speaker interface, Digital audio interfaces (A2B, Ethernet, etc), working knowledge on ANC (Active noise cancellation) and RNC (Road noise cancellation) design. Familiarity with relevant automotive safety and quality standards, such as ISO 26262 and AEC-Q100. Experience with acoustic measurement instruments, Familiar with audio data acquisition, analysis systems and Audio Precision. Role & responsibilities ECU development planning, co-ordination and tracking. Ownership of project planning and tracking, task scheduling, release plan in adherence with launch milestones. Work closely with ECU Systems Hardware, Software, IT&V and application engineering to meet ECU development milestones. Ownership of ECU deliverables and perform ECU release as per process in PLM tools. Configuration/Change/Problem Resolution Management. Evaluate the risks of project and proactively work on mitigation plan. ECU development life cycle management. Lead and coordinate problem solving. Support data collection for project and department metrics. Work closely with program manager to meet program deliveries. ISO 26262 Functional Safety Management. Support RFQ Management. Support Advance Engineering development. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 years of experience of performing ECU/Embedded software project management in automotive domain. Experience of managing the electronics projects with ASPICE driven process for System HW and SW. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience of developing ECU software/hardware in automotive domain. Knowledge on Automotive launch and product development life cycle , ECU deliverables including Drawing releases, Manufacturing files releases , HW and SW releases Knowledge of SW V-Cycle and its deliverables. Good Understanding of ISO 26262. "Road vehicles - Functional safety" and its methodologies. Good experience of using any configuration/change management tools. Preferably SVN and JIRA. Exposure to problem solving methodologies. Preferably 8D. Added advantage of having experience in handling cost estimation and technical proposal to manage RFQ. Added advantage of having knowledge in automotive EMI/EMC standards and practices. Added advantage of having knowledge in ECU industrialization engineering. Added advantage of having experience in body control domain in automotive engineering
