Ensure that web pages comply with performance, usability, and accessibility standards. Maintain and improve test plans, test cases, and automation scripts. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards. Required Qualifications 25 years of hands-on QA experience, preferably in eCommerce or web application testing . Experience using SmartBear test tools (TestComplete, SoapUI, LoadNinja, BitBar). Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and RESTful APIs. Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA , QAComplete , or Zephyr . Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, smoke testing). Solid knowledge of cross-browser and responsive testing best practices. Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience testing Shopify , Magento , or other major eCommerce platforms. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript) for test automation. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and QA's role within the SDLC. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and tools (e.g., Axe, Wave).
