Ecommerce Product Manager

As the E-commerce Product Owner at Orange Business within the Digital Customer Journey Purchasing team in Bengaluru, you will play a pivotal role in defining and optimizing digital purchasing journeys for customers and prospects. Your responsibilities will revolve around ensuring coherence across all digital touchpoints, by collaborating closely with product, marketing, and tech teams. Your primary focus will be on defining customer journey touchpoints from an ecommerce perspective, working in collaboration with the Storefront team, Customer portal, and other relevant teams to design and refine purchasing flows. You will also collaborate with various teams to align purchasing flows with product offers and marketing strategies, ensuring process consistency across different Sales zones in all countries. In this role, you will be expected to draft comprehensive business rules governing product behavior and create detailed user stories that include concise titles, clear descriptions, acceptance criteria, and screens with wireframes and mockups provided by the Design team. Your ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for the engineering team will be crucial in supporting developers throughout the implementation phase. To excel in this position, you should possess a thorough understanding of ecommerce and digital customer journeys, along with proficient collaboration and communication skills across diverse teams. Experience in drafting business rules, managing design wireframes and mockups, and knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SAFe framework will be advantageous. Ideally, you should have 6 to 9 years of work experience in a similar role.
