To be successful in this role, you should hold a Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or a related STEM subject, with a maximum of three years of post-degree work experience. Additionally, a GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent, fluency in English, effective communication skills, curiosity for knowledge, geographic mobility, and the ability to work without sponsorship or time restrictions in the country of application are essential.
