Description We are seeking an experienced E-Verify Specialist to ensure compliance with employment eligibility verification processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR compliance and a thorough understanding of E-Verify regulations. Responsibilities Conduct E-Verify checks to ensure employment eligibility of new hires. Maintain accurate records of E-Verify processes and compliance documentation. Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations. Train HR personnel on E-Verify processes and best practices. Respond to inquiries regarding E-Verify procedures and outcomes. Skills and Qualifications 7-17 years of experience in compliance, HR or related fields. Strong understanding of E-Verify and immigration laws. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
