Role & responsibilities 1. Utilization of the e-FORCE application across all users at construction sites & Sub-Contractors ensuring smooth operation. 2. Provide necessary support and troubleshooting to end-users to ensure consistent use of the application. 3. Coordinate with Project In-charges (PI) and Labour Contractors (LC) to ensure smooth communication and task completion. 4. Act as a liaison for application-related queries, resolving issues promptly and escalating when necessary. 5.Handle escalation calls from clients and vendors, resolving issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. 6.Visit construction sites for training sessions and ensure the correct registration and usage of the application. 7.High-level written and verbal communication skills. 8.Working knowledge of working on Software. 9. Highly skilled in operating PC programs Word Excel.
