Job Description

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets. • Manage and optimize sales on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Myntra, Shopify, and the companys own website.• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, sales performance, and ROI. • Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and content to ensure consistency and competitiveness. • Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, email marketing, and digital ads to drive traffic and conversions. • Manage inventory, order fulfillment, and customer service operations in collaboration with internal teams. • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve. • Develop and maintain relationships with e-commerce platforms and third-party partners. • Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. MBA is a plus. • 4+ years of experience in e-commerce sales, with a proven track record in managing online sales channels. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC, and e-commerce analytics. • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, Magento, etc.). • Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and ERP/e-commerce CMS systems.
