Job Description: We are looking for a performance-driven Ecommerce Marketing to manage campaigns, optimize product visibility, and boost conversions across online marketplaces. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DONT HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE IN AMAZON ADS Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute marketing campaigns on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, etc. Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, A+ content, images) for better discoverability and conversion Manage sponsored ads and paid campaigns on ecommerce and quick commerce platforms Track and analyze performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate) and report insights Collaborate with design, content, and operations teams for cohesive campaign execution Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and consumer behavior to refine strategy Work on promotions, coupons, deals, and platform-specific marketing programs (like Amazon Lightning Deals, Flipkart Big Billion Days, etc.) Desired Candidate Profile: 2+ years of hands-on experience in ecommerce marketing or performance marketing Strong knowledge of Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace tools Basic understanding of SEO for product listings Experience with marketing dashboards, analytics, and campaign optimization Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership
