As an E-commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the content and operations of our online platform. You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency across all aspects of our e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities: Review and edit product descriptions, ensuring accuracy, grammar, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines. Source and optimize product images, ensuring high quality and consistency in line with branding guidelines. Regularly update product information, pricing, and availability on the website to reflect current inventory and promotions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in product content. Provide support for customer inquiries, order processing, and fulfilment as needed. Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate product launches, promotions, and campaigns. Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and ideas for optimizing e-commerce operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in e-commerce operations Strong writing and editing skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
