Job Title:

Job Responsibilities

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Process orders, manage returns, and track shipments on marketplace platforms.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Resolve order fulfillment issues efficiently.

2. Product & Inventory Management

• Upload and update product information on e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure accuracy in product descriptions, images, prices, and stock levels.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.

3. Reporting & Analysis

• Generate and share weekly or monthly reports on order trends and performance.

4. Customer Support & Satisfaction

• Provide customer support via emails, chat, or marketplace platforms.
• Address customer queries regarding products, orders, returns, and shipping.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and positive feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Strong understanding of online marketplace platforms and order management systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis for reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is an added advantage.
