E-commerce Executive – Amazon Operations & Customer Support

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and motivated individual to join our e-commerce team. This role involves managing day-to-day operations on Amazon, handling customer queries, processing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Ideal for someone looking to build a career in the fast-growing e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support (Amazon):

• Respond promptly to customer messages, queries, and complaints on Amazon Seller Central.
• Maintain high customer ratings and performance metrics.
• Order Processing & Management:
• Monitor and process daily orders received on Amazon & Other Platforms.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely packing and dispatch.
• Update order status and tracking information as required.
• Inventory & Listing Management:
• Maintain accurate stock levels for Amazon listings.
• Maintain the Inward and Outward dispatches of E Commerce.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of how Amazon Seller Central works (training can be provided).
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable using computers, Excel/Google Sheets, and email.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation.
• 0–1 year of experience in e-commerce or customer service (freshers welcome).
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
