E-commerce Content Writer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Write engaging and SEO-friendly product descriptions for the website.
• Develop content for category pages, collection launches, and landing pages.
• Proofread and edit product copy for accuracy, clarity, and brand tone.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to align visuals and content.
• Write emailers, banners, and promotional text for sales campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and terminology across all digital platforms.
• Assist in creating content calendars and publishing schedules for product uploads.
• Research fashion and lifestyle trends to create relevant content.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in writing for fashion/e-commerce brands preferred.
• Strong command of English language, grammar, and vocabulary.
• Knowledge of SEO and keywords in content writing.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and compelling copy.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Docs, Excel, Shopify (or other CMS platforms) is a plus.

Good to Have:

• Background in Fashion, Journalism, Communication, or related fields.
• Understanding of sustainable fashion and conscious consumerism.
• Basic understanding of product photography and visual storytelling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
