Customer Care Executive (Operations)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day order processing, logistics coordination, and customer support. You’ll be the bridge between backend operations and customers—ensuring a smooth, timely, and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:

• Process and monitor online orders across platforms (Shopify, marketplaces, etc.)
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for timely dispatches
• Maintain stock records and daily operational reports
• Flag stock issues or delays and coordinate with the production team

Customer Support:

• Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and calls in a professional and timely manner
• Handle exchange/return requests and resolve complaints effectively
• Maintain a daily tracker of customer interactions and issues resolved
• Share customer feedback internally to improve products/services

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce operations or customer service (fashion/lifestyle industry preferred)
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Comfortable using Shopify, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Highly organized, solution-oriented, and responsive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
