Manager / Deputy Manager / Manager / Engineer Tendering & Costing (Electrical T&D) Experience: 5 to 8 years Location: [Hyderabad] Industry: Power Transmission & Distribution (T&D) – EPC Projects Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (PG in Power Systems or Management is an added advantage) Job Overview: We are looking for a technically proficient and detail-oriented Tendering & Costing Engineer/Manager to join our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business unit. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating tender documents, preparing competitive bids, estimating project costs, and supporting the business development team with techno-commercial proposals. Key Responsibilities: Tendering: Analyze tender/RFQ/RFP documents from utilities like PGCIL, NTPC, SEBs, etc. Conduct feasibility studies and risk analysis of T&D tenders (up to 400kV). Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, contracts, finance) for bid preparation. Prepare detailed BOQ and ensure technical and commercial compliance.
