Role & responsibilities

- Design and implement robust technical solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O.

- Develop customizations, extensions, and integrations using X++ and Azure services.

- Define and maintain deployment pipelines, branching strategies, and release management
using Azure DevOps.

- Collaborate with functional teams to align technical development with business needs.

- Ensure secure, performant, and reliable D365 solutions.

- Support and troubleshoot production issues related to the D365 technical landscape.

- Maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

- Drive technical innovation and process improvement across the ERP DevOps lifecycle.

Technical Skillset:

- Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O),
specifically in Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management modules.

- Strong understanding of business processes in finance and operations, including General
Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Procurement, and Project Management.

- Proficient in functional design, requirements analysis, testing, and solution configuration in
D365 F&O.

- Experience in translating business needs into functional specifications.

- Familiarity with integration points between D365 F&O and other Microsoft or third-party
platforms is a plus.

- Capable of writing and validating functional test scripts, supporting UAT, and providing training
to end-users.

Preferred and good to have skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with business
stakeholders and technical teams.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.

- Analytical mindset and a problem-solving attitude.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is an asset.

- Fluency in English is required

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related
field.

- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 35 years in a functional analyst
role specifically with Dynamics 365 F&O.

- Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.
