Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to align with business needs, focusing on modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.
• Lead and participate in system design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Provide expert-level functional guidance, training, and support to end users to ensure the successful adoption of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation on business processes, system configurations, and customizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within Dynamics 365.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and releases, recommending improvements and new functionalities for clients.
• Assist in migrating legacy data into Dynamics 365 from existing systems.
• Work with technical consultants to define and implement customizations, integrations, and automations.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for users, ensuring smooth onboarding and system proficiency.

Skills Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience

  working as a Dynamics 365 functional consultant or in a related role.
• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, etc.).
• Proven ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet complex business requirements.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience working independently and within collaborative teams.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate) are strongly preferred.
