As an individual contributor in this role, you will need to have a B.Tech / M.Tech degree in Computer Science or related fields along with a minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in full stack software development. Your expertise should include excellent computer science fundamentals, a good understanding of algorithm design and performance, and proficiency in writing reliable, maintainable, secure, and performant frontend and backend code. Your responsibilities will involve developing sophisticated web applications with responsive designs, modular and loosely coupled code, creating and maintaining backend services, and working with modern JavaScript frameworks like TypeScript, Web Components, React, and ES6. You should also have extensive knowledge of Web Standards, modern browsers, and architectures like MVC/Flux/Redux. It would be beneficial if you are skilled and experienced in Java programming, databases (SQL/NoSQL), microservice architecture, streaming platforms (like Kafka), WebRTC and WebSocket communication, JavaScript, React JS, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, caching storage (like Redis/Aerospike), and Web/Proxy/Cache servers (like Nginx). In this role, you will be responsible for designing and architecting new features and services, improving existing ones, collaborating with various teams to build technical vision and roadmaps, and developing technical specifications and prototypes. Your ability to stay updated on emerging industry technologies and trends and share that knowledge with the team will be essential. Furthermore, you will collaborate with UI/UX designers, Architects, and Product Managers to implement modern and intuitive features, optimize all parts of the front-end and back-end stack, and contribute to the overall product development.
