Oversee and validate deliverables across the project lifecycle. Lead pre-sales solutioning and estimation for CRM initiatives. Skills Required: Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service). Proficient in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Plugins, Custom Workflows. Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, DevOps is a plus. For Architect roles: Proven experience designing and delivering complex CRM solutions at scale. Preferred Certifications Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field.
