Demonstrated expertise in VRF systems, ductable units, and DX units is essential, and holding a valid HVAC Technician Certification would be advantageous. The ability to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals is required, in addition to having strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You must be willing to be on-call and promptly respond to urgent service requests.
