Managing paralegal activities and overseeing a legal support team. Handling registration activities, search reports, and MODT registration. Generating Search Reports at MRO/SRO levels. Recruiting and managing a network of advocates across the South region. Team handling, including mentoring and guiding junior legal professionals. Maintaining a strong network of legal professionals and advocates. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements in the legal vetting process. Collaborating with various public offices and legal bodies to ensure smooth operations. Staying updated on property laws, real estate regulations, and legal amendments. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM). LLM from a reputed university (preference for public universities)

The position requires a thorough understanding and familiarity of both credit, income, assets and closing documents to complete the applicable review questions in the questionnaire and provide results to Client. Review and analyse the mortgage loan application to ensure eligibility, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines to minimize risk factors. Perform review of income documents in the LOS and update the applicable details in the cash flow analysis questionnaire and provide results to the client and review the loan documents and complete the applicable review questions in the questionnaire and provide results to Client. Review the loan documents using the Pre-Purchase Review checklist for completeness and accuracy.
