Role & responsibilities Process / Combustion engineering for Energy Revamp and Spare Parts Support the functions viz. Sales & Marketing, Electrical & Instrumentation, Order Execution, Field Service, ISO, HSE in relevant perspective. Primary responsibility for process & combustion engineering, Technical inputs to bought out items, inputs for material estimation of Services Energy Revamp and Spare Parts. Expertize in Thermal Design softwares like (PPSD, B&W program or equivalent) and applicable softwares. Familiarity with CFD analysis. Clarity on IBR and ASME codes and standards, expertise in Thermal design of Boilers (especially Solid fuel fired CFBC, AFBC, travelling grate, PC Fired Boilers). Knowledge on fuel Ash characteristics, sizing of rotary equipments like fans, BFPs, feeders, water & steam piping sizing, balance of plant equipment like coal & ash handling, duct siyzing, etc. Understanding of Air compressor, steam turbine etc. Experience in Oil to Gas conversion, WHRB & Waste to Energy Boilers. Good communication skills, fair knowledge of the revamp engineering requirements, willingness to travel at sites, committed to ensure on-time and accurate engineering deliverables. Preferred candidate profile We have 4 positions on various level from Sr. Executive to Sr. Manager Experience 6 - 15 yrs
