Job Summary: KLH University is seeking a skilled and dedicated Photographer to join our media and events team. The role involves capturing high-quality photographs of all university events, academic functions, and campus activities. The photographer will also be responsible for taking student ID card photos, staff profile photos, and other institutional photography requirements on a regular basis. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Cover all university events including academic, cultural, administrative, and guest lectures. Take high-quality ID card photographs for students, faculty, and staff. Coordinate with event organizers to plan and ensure timely photographic coverage. Organize and maintain an archive of all photographs, sorted by event/date. Edit, retouch, and deliver photos in a timely manner for use in internal and external publications. Support the marketing and social media team with visual content as needed. Maintain and ensure the upkeep of photography equipment. Provide studio setup or on-location arrangements for formal photo sessions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a professional photographer, preferably in an academic or institutional setting. Proficiency in DSLR cameras, lighting setups, and photo editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.). Strong portfolio demonstrating event coverage and portrait photography. Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and creativity in capturing moments. Preferred candidate profile Diploma or certification in Photography, Visual Communication, or related field. Experience in video shooting and editing will be an added advantage.
