Job Responsibilities :- Operation Activities Operate and monitor control panels and instrumentation to ensure the safe and efficient operation of chemical processes Adjust process variables as required to maintain optimal performance and product quality Analyze data from control systems and make adjustments as needed to maintain process stability Monitoring DCS panel like temperature, Pressure, PH Adjustment and over all unit operation. Complete condensation reaction as per planning Complete Nano filtration unit Operation DSDA Preparation Soda Preparation Monitoring and Controlling SPD & SFD unit process and Operation Prepare Log sheet of \Batches 2. Safety and Compliance Ensure all operations comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Follow safety protocols and emergency procedures, including responding to alarms and initiating corrective actions. Conduct regular safety inspections and participate in safety audits. 3. Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of process conditions, deviations, and corrective actions Prepare reports on operational performance, incidents, and maintenance activities Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate operations and resolve issues 4. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Diagnose and resolve issues with control systems and process equipment Collaborate with maintenance teams to address mechanical and electrical problems Document issues and resolutions to maintain a comprehensive record of plant operations 5. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains Participate in training and development programs to stay current with industry best practices and technological advancements Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process improvements
