This position is based in Barmer and offers an excellent opportunity for experienced proposal management professionals in the Conventional Energysector. Diploma: Petroleum Industry Graduate and/or Engineering degree, is an advantage Minimum of 10 years experience in Drilling and Completion services Minimum of 5 years experience as Night Drilling Supervisor. Demonstrated leadership in HT-HP well programs, managing full-cycle projects from early-stage exploration through commercial development. Experienced in simultaneous drilling and production and construction works Experience in high step-out, horizontal and 3D wells and exploration wells Good knowledge of Onshore drilling operations. Fluent in English Training / HSE qualification certificates: IWCF / BOSIET / Fire Fighting / First Aid / Oil Spill. Training in Management of Major Emergencies, Respect of Environment operations, as an advantage. Medical fitness certificate: Must be presented before the start of services

The Drilling Superintendent/Manager reports to the TBC. The role is responsible for guaranteeing the accomplishment of the drilling and completion operations, in compliance with codes of practice, safety and environmental protection, all while optimizing costs and lead times. The successful candidate will ensure the suitability to operational requirements of personnel, equipment and services. They will also contribute to the return on Exploration & Production investments, through a continual search for improving equipment, services and operational procedures. Role & responsibilities * Operate and maintain lathe machines effectively to perform various machining operations on components used in the products. * Accurately position, align, and securely fix workpieces onto the lathe machine using appropriate fixtures and techniques to ensure stability and precision during machining. * Perform manual surfacing operations on job materials to achieve smooth, uniform finishes and meet specified surface quality requirements and tolerances. * Utilize drill machines to create precise holes in workpieces according to design specifications, blueprints, and quality standards. * Accurately measure machined components using Vernier Calipers and other precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and ensure adherence to required specifications and tolerances. * Skillfully set up and execute thread cutting operations on the outer diameter of components, ensuring correct thread type, pitch, and dimensions for proper functionality. * Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand machining requirements and tolerances. * Monitor machine operation, adjust settings as needed, and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain efficient production. * Conduct regular maintenance checks on the lathe machine and associated equipment, reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly. * Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects. * Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and achieve production targets.
