We are looking for a proactive and technically fluent Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile and web application ecosystems, with a strong grasp of how integrations (APIs, third-party services, backend systems) work. This role requires critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to propose better approaches to solve complex business problems Role & responsibilities Work closely with clients, project managers, developers, and QA teams to gather, analyze, and clarify business and technical requirements. Create mind maps , user flows , and high-level process diagrams to visualize and document requirements effectively. Proactively ask the right questions to uncover hidden requirements or clarify ambiguities. Propose alternative solutions or optimizations to meet business goals more efficiently. Collaborate with technical teams to understand integration points (APIs, databases, third-party tools, etc.) for mobile and web applications Translate business requirements into technical documentation and vice versa. Maintain clear, timely, and consistent communication with all stakeholders. Take detailed meeting notes and ensure actionable items are tracked and followed up. Ensure nothing "falls through the cracks" by maintaining strong accountability and follow-through. Prepare and review high-level effort estimates in collaboration with the development team. Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Preferred candidate profile 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role in a tech-driven environment . Strong understanding of mobile apps , web applications , and backend/API integrations . Proficient in creating flow diagrams , process maps , and mind maps using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.io, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong listening and analytical skills ability to understand and translate business needs into actionable insights. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and PMs. Detail-oriented, organized, and consistent in documentation and follow-up. Self-motivated and accountable someone who takes ownership and doesnt drop the ball. Background or understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies . Familiarity with tools like Jira , Figma , Postman , Mindmap . Previous experience working on SaaS platforms or multi-system integrations is a plus. Experience working directly with clients in a consulting or product environment. Willingness to work with US time zones (e.g., EST/PST) to ensure real-time coordination with client teams.
