Draftsman Civil

As a Civil Draftsman at our engineering team, you will play a key role in preparing accurate 2D drawings, construction documents, and layouts based on instructions from engineers and architects. Your primary responsibilities will include utilizing AutoCAD to create detailed civil drawings, plans, and layouts, translating verbal instructions and design notes into technical drawings, revising and updating drawings based on feedback, and preparing necessary documentation such as Good for Construction drawings and presentation materials. Collaboration is essential in this role as you will coordinate with project teams and site engineers to ensure drawing accuracy. It is crucial to maintain compliance with company standards and project requirements while working efficiently to meet deadlines and manage multiple drafting tasks simultaneously. To be successful in this position, you should possess an ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant drafting experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory, and familiarity with other graphic or drafting tools is advantageous. Experience in industrial construction, strong knowledge of construction detailing, materials, and processes, as well as good communication and teamwork skills are also required. The ability to work under pressure and deliver quality outputs within tight timelines is crucial for this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a yearly bonus.
