Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies based on role requirements, market trends, and organizational goals. Build and maintain a strong network of talent and stay informed about key movements in the industry. Engage and influence hiring managers to align recruiting efforts with business needs. Source candidates through a variety of channels and ensure a strong pipeline of high-quality resumes. Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate end-to-end interviews. Track key recruitment metrics and maintain hiring progress and performance. Provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
