Domestic Tour Coordinator KRA
Itinerary Planning & Booking
Package Designing, and booking all trip elements—flights, trains, hotels, transport—ensuring each matches client preferences and budgets
Vendor Negotiation & Management
Establish and maintain partnerships with travel service providers (hotels, transport, guides), negotiate favorable rates and terms, and ensure service quality
Traveler Support & Issue Resolution
Provide end-to-end traveler assistance—pre-trip planning consultations, on-trip real-time support, urgent problem-solving (flight delays, itinerary changes), ensuring high client satisfaction
Quality Control & Continuous Improvement
Gather post-tour feedback and monitor service delivery quality. Identify areas for improvement, update itineraries, and refine vendor selection for enhanced future performance
Require Minimum 1 Year Experience in Domestic tour Packages
