Job Description

Location: Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh

Source and screen candidates using job portals, social media, and other hiring channels
Understand job descriptions and technical requirements to identify the right talent
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update the recruitment database
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Work closely with the HR and technical teams to fulfill staffing needs
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates

Candidate Experience:

0 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple job openings simultaneously
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and or any job portal is a plus
Basic understanding of IT skills and technologies is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role, with a focus on technical positions
In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies and industry trends for experience candidates
Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
