Job Title: Sr. TAE/TAE Location: Noida onsite Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. This dual-focused role is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent while maintaining and enhancing strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to balance multiple priorities Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for open positions, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture. Candidate Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and conduct interviews, assessments, and checks, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Interaction with panels: Interacting with panel members to check their availability and provide the slots to team Offer Management: Work on offer process after selection along with documentation process. Required Skills: 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition and client management roles. Experience working in Fulltime and contract requirements. Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment processes. Strong client management and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and job boards.
