Role & responsibilities : Understand job requirements and create job descriptions for IT roles Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews Coordinate technical interviews with hiring panels Manage the entire recruitment cycle Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future roles Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience Stay updated on IT recruitment trends and tools Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in end-to-end IT recruitment (minimum 2-3 years preferred) Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively Perks and benefits Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Flexible work hours and hybrid/remote work options Health insurance and wellness programs Professional development and training support Opportunity to work with a fast-growing and collaborative team Access to the latest recruitment tools and platforms Employee referral bonuses
