Document Controller

The Document Controller is responsible for the accurate management, distribution, and organization of all project-related documents. This role ensures that all documentation complies with company standards, project requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The Document Controller supports project teams by maintaining document control systems and ensuring timely access to current information. Manage and maintain incoming and outgoing project documentation, including drawings, submittals, contracts, RFIs, and reports. Ensure all documents are properly filed, version-controlled, and easily retrievable through the Document Management System (DMS). Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to track and control document flow. Monitor and enforce document review and approval workflows. Prepare and issue document transmittals, logs, and status reports as required. Support internal and external audits by providing document traceability and compliance records. Maintain confidentiality and integrity of project and corporate documentation. Train team members on document control procedures when necessary. Ensure alignment with ISO 9001 or other applicable quality management standards. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
