Supervise day-to-day outbound activities including order picking, packing, staging, and dispatch. Ensure accurate dispatch documentation including invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and gate passes. Coordinate with transporters and planning teams for vehicle placement and route schedules. Monitor order processing in WMS/ERP to ensure timely loading and vehicle departure. Verify picked goods against sales orders to avoid dispatch errors or shortages. Maintain stock integrity by ensuring FIFO/FEFO practices are followed. Supervise and guide outbound helpers, pickers, and loaders during shift operations. Track shipments and escalate delays or exceptions to concerned departments. Maintain shift records, MIS reports, and KPIs related to dispatch timelines and accuracy. Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs in outbound zones. Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
