Role & Responsibilities: Responsible for governance and effective implementation of the organizations vision, mission, and values. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Centers to ensure smooth functioning. P&L & Operations: Full accountability for the Centers profit and loss performance. Manage day-to-day operations of Center facilities, ensuring compliance with NABH standards. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, customer service, and doctor relationships. Ensure process optimization and smooth functioning of Center operation Lead Management Ensure all incoming leads are attended to proactively with a quick turnaround time. Achieve a minimum lead conversion rate. Customer Experience Provide a warm, comfortable, and welcoming experience for all patients and their family members. Develop and implement best-in-class customer experience. Contract Management & Regulatory Compliance Ensure all required licenses, permits, and contracts are current and fully compliant with applicable regulations. Doctor Relations Maintain effective liaison with doctors associated with the Center. Customer Satisfaction, Patient Counseling & Quality Service Standards Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective patient counseling while upholding and continuously improving quality service standards
